Return Policy
We try our best to only sell great products and to educate our customers
before they make a purchase.
Our goal is to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase
and become a long term customer. However, since there are a few people
who take advantage of good customer service, we have adopted the following
return policy to protect ourselves against the few.
You may choose to cancel an order within 12 hours after order has been
placed. If the credit card has been processed, there will be a 10% credit
card processing fee (the credit card company charges us 4.5-5.5% for
original purchase and ANOTHER 4.5-5.5% to credit back to your card…we
are not making money, only recovering our CC fees)
Shipping is non-refundable. All items to be returned or that are damaged
MUST be reported within 10 days of receiving shipment. No returns will
be accepted after 30 days.
If a product is ordered incorrectly or you decide that you do not want
merchandise, the UNUSED (meaning unopened, never installed and in fully
"re-saleable as new" packaging) item can be returned for a
25% restocking fee. All special order merchandise is non refundable. All
electronic merchandise are non refundable.
In the event that we fulfill your order incorrectly, we will gladly
accept the merchandise without any restocking fee.
All Special Order Merchandise is non refundable.
All Electronic Merchandise is non refundable.
Any Item that was installed for any reason is non refundable

Under special circumstances, we will do our best to work with you in
the best interest of both our company and our customers.
To return merchandise, please do the following:
- Email us at cs@scoobuytuner.com to be issued a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA #)
- Re-package the merchandise in original packaging (please put retail
box inside another box so the item packaging remains "new")
and include RMA on package, returned merchandise without a RMA number
will be refused at our docks and returned to you.
- Include a copy of your receipt.
- Write a brief description of why product is being returned.
- Ship and insure merchandise prepaid - We DO NOT accept freight collect.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card and may take up to 30
days to process (though typically it takes only a few days after receiving
the return).
Warranty Policy
All Performance Parts Cartrucktuner, LLC. offers on our
Website are 100% Warranted by the Manufacturer of the Performance Part.
Cartrucktuner,LLC. will assist you in any warranty claim by providing
you and/or the manufacturer with contact information, copies of invoices,
and notes regarding troubleshooting conversations. Cartrucktuner,LLC.,does
not provide or fulfill any warranty on any product.
All merchandise is subject to the manufacturer's warranty and therefore
all warranty claims are at the manufacturer's discretion. All warranted
items must be returned in accordance with the manufacturer's policy,
see the product manufacturer's web site for their policy. It is the
responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify the correct
size and application of the parts before installation. No warranty whatsoever
will be given if the defect was caused by customer or installer abuse,
negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. Customers will be
responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience
may be included in any warranty claims.

Shipping Policy
How long does Shipping Normally take?
This greatly depends on the shipping service level that you picked upon
your cart check out. It all comes down to how fast you need it. Please
take into account that UPS does not work on Weekends or Major Holidays.
Turn Around Time
90% of orders that contain items “In Stock” that are placed
before 4pm MST / 6PM EST ship out the same day. Items that are listed
as “Usually Ships in 2-3 Days” ETC! Usually do ship in the
allotted amount of time. Our customer service representatives monitor
the backorders daily to insure your order is shipped as fast as possible.
Please Note:
There are situations where the Credit Card Transaction fails to settle
into our Company Bank Account in a timely manner, in this situation
the order will be processed and shipped as soon as the funds from the
Transaction Settle into our Company Bank Account.
Please understand, this process is out of our control and is completely
dependent upon the Bank issuing the Credit Card.

UPS Next Day Air – Delivery within 1 Business Day
UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery within 2 Business Days
UPS 3-Day Service – Delivery within 3 Business Days
UPS Ground – Delivery Between 1-6 Business Days
Secondary Shipping Carriers: FEDEX and
USPS.
Fedex and USPS may at our discression be used for shipping when the
item is being shipped directly from the manufacturer or when orders
are being shipped Internationally.
