Subaru WRX STi comes to America

Subaru finally (formally) announced (January 6th) at the North American Auto Show in Detroit, that the formerly unavailable STi version of the WRX is on its way to America (perhaps in response to Mitsubishi's announcement that the EVO VIII is arriving in February 2003). Numbers will be limited to 3,600 annually. Though Subaru initially said it will begin to arrive in March...they admitted that June was when the first STi's will begin to show up at dealerships (other than for car shows & magazine tests :^)
